Local Fine Gael representative Cllr Neale Richmond pictured with rugby playing street kids in Ghana last week
Cllr Richmond returned this summer to present players and teachers with rugby kit collected from local clubs and players in South Dublin including Old Wesley RFC and Monkstown FC. He previously spent 6 months teaching and coaching rugby in West Africa in 2007.
