Marlay Park

Both the new playground and refurbished 9 – hole golf course in Marlay Park were officially opened at the end of May.

There will be one large concert in Marlay Park this summer. Green Day will play on Wednesday 23rd June, usual traffic restrictions and security provisions will be in place while gates open at 5pm.

Multi Unit Development Bill a Major Disappointment for Apartment Owners – Richmond

Bill full of holes and wide open to abuse

Local Fine Gael Councillor Neale Richmond has slammed the revised Multi Unit Development Bill that was introduced to the Dáil today by the Minister for Justice.

“The housing bubble has well and truly burst yet apartment owners who are in negative equity and who have lower incomes than before are still trapped paying high fees to developers that might be well in excess of what they should be.
